I've spent a bit time over last couple of days trying to refresh the look of What-Process.com, which was starting to look a little bit dated.

Changes Made:

• New logo designed
• Key menu items moved to horizontal bar
• Onsite Advertising reduced and made less prominent
  
• Layout simplified
• Some "web 2.0 style" shaders

I'm still working on getting this blogger template to work with the new look, so it looks a bit rough round the edges now, but hopefully the changes will be seen as an improvment.
